1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided at the La Vie est Belle hair salon and arranged via the website www.lavieestbelle.ch or by phone. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Make an appointment
Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or online. Appointments are binding.

 

3. Delays and cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us in advance – at least 24 hours before the appointment .
In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment), we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service . Delays may result in the service being provided only in a shorter or incomplete manner, without entitlement to a discount.

 

4. Prices and payment
The prices stated at the time of booking apply. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due immediately after the treatment in cash, by card, or other accepted payment methods.

 

5. Vouchers

Vouchers are transferable and valid for as long as the La Vie est Belle salon exists. Cash payment is not possible. Unfortunately, lost vouchers cannot be replaced. We recommend keeping the voucher in a safe place.

 

6. Liability
We assume no liability for allergic reactions, intolerances, or damage caused by unknown health conditions. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions.
No liability is assumed for personal items brought along (e.g. clothing, jewelry, equipment).

 

7. Data protection
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy . Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary to process your appointment.

 

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version, which will be posted on our website, will apply.

 

9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Aarau.
